and Canada. We specialize in customer support, lead generation, and government-backed

UK campaigns like Housing Disrepair (HDR), ECO4, and IVA.

We’re looking for energetic, fluent English-speaking professionals to join our expanding

UK process team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK customers regarding government-funded programs (HDR,

ECO4, IVA).

• Explain eligibility criteria clearly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer details and call outcomes.

• Handle customer questions and objections confidently.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team performance.

• Coordinate with verification and processing teams for qualified leads.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and listening skills.

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems preferred).

• Prior experience in international voice processes is an advantage.

• Freshers with good English are also welcome.
