Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join PAULINE BPO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Follow up with potential clients to close deals
