We are now entering an aggressive scaling phase, and we’re looking for a Sales Leader who can drive our next 10x journey.
- Key Responsibilities: Lead, strategize, and execute sales expansion plans across multiple regions.
- Own revenue targets and ensure consistent growth month-over-month.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales and telesales team.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with marketing and product teams.
- Identify, onboard, and retain B2B clients (MSMEs, startups, and enterprises).
- Monitor and improve sales performance using data-driven insights.
- Drive partnership and channel sales initiatives to scale market reach.
- Represent MrkTing in events, conferences, and digital forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Required Skills & Qualifications 0–7 years of experience in SaaS / Digital Marketing / WhatsApp API / CRM Sales.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of AI, marketing automation, and B2B tech sales cycles.
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
