  • Key Responsibilities: Lead, strategize, and execute sales expansion plans across multiple regions.
  • Own revenue targets and ensure consistent growth month-over-month.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales and telesales team.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with marketing and product teams.
  • Identify, onboard, and retain B2B clients (MSMEs, startups, and enterprises).
  • Monitor and improve sales performance using data-driven insights.
  • Drive partnership and channel sales initiatives to scale market reach.
  • Represent MrkTing in events, conferences, and digital forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications 0–7 years of experience in SaaS / Digital Marketing / WhatsApp API / CRM Sales.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI, marketing automation, and B2B tech sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
