Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:Revisit and connect with merchants who were previously onboarded or inactive on Google Pay for Business.

Explain the benefits and new features of Google Pay to drive reactivation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement.

Collect feedback and share insights to help improve merchant experience.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for merchant reactivation and retention.

Maintain accurate records of visits, merchant interactions, and outcomes using CRM tools or mobile apps.

Collaborate with the internal operations and support teams for seamless onboarding and troubleshooting.

Ensure all merchant verification documents are collected and submitted as per company policy.

Represent Google Pay professionally and maintain the brand image during field visits.
