Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female)

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the software or IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B software/services domain.
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and support) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand business network.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the software or IT industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Preferred Attributes:Experience in SaaS sales or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
