Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (In Hand) + Incentives

Job Overview JKS Group is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves a combination of client interactions through calls as well as market visits to expand the company’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and market outreach.

• Connect with potential clients, schedule meetings, and present company products/services.

• Conduct client meetings and visits to develop strong professional relationships.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
