Position Overview:


Friss India is seeking highly driven,self-motivated, and result-oriented professionals for the role of Home Franchise Executive.This position is designed for individuals who have proven field sales experience, are comfortable working independently, and can consistently deliver results in a target-driven

environment.


The role involves end-to-end responsibility for:

·        Generating leads directly from the market

·        Engaging with business owners and entrepreneurs

·        Selling Friss India Home Franchise solutions

· Cross-selling Friss India business plans to clients


This is not a support or desk role. Candidates must be confident in field execution, negotiations, and closures.


Core Responsibilities:

Business & Franchise Sales·        


Generate qualified leads through direct market visits, local networking, referrals, and business outreach.

·        Identify and engage with business owners, self-employed professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs.

·        Present Friss India’s Home Franchise business model in a clear, professional, and convincing manner.

·        Sell and onboard clients for Friss India’s business plans and subscription-based offerings.

·        Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.


Market Development & Lead Generation·        


Actively explore assigned territories and build a strong local prospect pipeline

·        Develop relationships with local traders, shop owners, service providers, and small businesses

·        Generate self-sourced leads without dependency on internal data

·        Maintain consistent field presence to strengthen brand visibility Closing & Revenue Responsibility· Negotiate terms within company-approved guidelines

·        Ensure timely closures and collection of required documentation

·        Achieve assigned weekly and monthly revenue targets. Focus on quality conversions rather than volume-based pitching


Reporting & Process Adherence·        

Maintain accurate daily records of:

o   Market visits

o   Leads generated

o   Meetings conducted

o   Deals closed

·        Update CRM / reporting tools as prescribed

·        Follow all company SOPs, sales processes, and compliance guidelines strictly


Performance Expectations (Result-Oriented Role)

  • 25–30 meaningful market interactions per day
  • 5–6 qualified business or franchise leads daily
  • Consistent closures as per defined sales cycle
  • Regular contribution to business plan sales alongside franchise sales
  • Timely submission of daily and weekly reports

Performance will be evaluated purely on output and results, not effort or hours spent.


Candidate Profile & EligibilityMandatory Requirements· 

       

Minimum 3 years of proven field sales experience

·        Demonstrated track record in business sales, franchise sales, B2B sales, real estate, insurance, or high-value product selling

·        Strong ability to generate and close self-sourced leads

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·        High level of ownership, accountability, and discipline

·        Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel

·        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Preferred Qualifications·        

Experience in selling business opportunities, franchises, or subscription-based services

·        Familiarity with local markets in Lucknow, Kanpur & Allahabad.

·        Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, or reporting tools
