Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Visit local markets and business areas to connect with traders, shop owners, and startups
  • Develop relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups
  • Explain company services and convert leads into clients
  • Build a referral network with lawyers, property dealers, consultants, and other professionals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain client data and report daily activity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in client acquisition and corporate sales.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
