Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Visit local markets and business areas to connect with traders, shop owners, and startups
- Develop relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups
- Explain company services and convert leads into clients
- Build a referral network with lawyers, property dealers, consultants, and other professionals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain client data and report daily activity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in client acquisition and corporate sales.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
