We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a key player in driving the company’s growth, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring the achievement of monthly targets. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, while enjoying attractive incentives and growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities :



Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.



Sales Target Achievement: Meet a monthly sales target of 1 unit. Exceeding targets will lead to additional incentives.



Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to foster long-term business.



Site Visits: Conduct a minimum of 10-12 site visits per month to meet clients, understand their needs, and close deals. Transport will be provided by the company.



Daily Reporting: Submit a comprehensive Daily Sales Report (DSR) to track progress, challenges, and opportunities.



Performance Tracking: Your performance will directly influence your compensation, with 25% of the salary being contingent on target achievement.




Incentives:



Target-Based Incentives: Earn an additional ₹2,000 per unit for each extra unit sold over your target.



Company-Paid Transport: The company will provide transport for all site visits.



Performance-Linked Salary: In case of 0% target achievement, 25% of your salary will be withheld. However, with consistent performance, you have the opportunity to significantly increase your income through incentives.




Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.



Excellent communication and negotiation skills.



Ability to work independently and take initiative.



Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving targets.



Valid driver’s license (optional based on role specifics, as transport is provided).
