🧩 Role Summary

The Venue Manager / Community Manager is responsible for smooth day-to-day operations of the venue and building an active, loyal player community. This role requires strong people skills, operational discipline, and a hands-on mindset.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Venue Operations

• Open and close the venue as per schedule
• Manage court bookings, schedules, and time slots
• Coordinate coaches, support staff, and housekeeping
• Ensure courts, equipment, lighting, and facilities are in top condition
• Handle walk-in customers, inquiries, and payments

2. Customer Experience

• Welcome players and ensure a positive on-ground experience
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues calmly
• Maintain a friendly, fair, and professional environment
• Build rapport with regular players and members

3. Community Building & Events

• Actively engage players and encourage repeat visits
• Organize leagues, social games, coaching clinics, and events
• Support memberships, packages, and group bookings
• Maintain player communication via WhatsApp and on-ground interactions

4. Growth & Reporting

• Help fill off-peak hours through outreach and promotions
• Track daily bookings, attendance, and basic revenue
• Share feedback and improvement ideas with management

👤 Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in sports venues, gyms, cafés, hospitality, or community spaces preferred
• Freshers with strong people skills and sports background may be considered
• Willing to work shifts and weekends
• Physically present and hands-on (not a desk-only role)

⏰ Working Hours

• Shift-based (mornings & evenings)
• Weekends and holidays as per venue schedule

💰 Compensation

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives
• Growth opportunities as Rally Up expands
