Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute business development plans, identify new markets, and create strategies for financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, including residential/commercial projects, securing sales mandates.
• Client & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong networks with clients, developers, builders, and stakeholders, providing consultations and support.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and property availability to inform strategy.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and manage relevant distribution lists. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in business development, real estate sales, or property portals, often with a 2-6 year minimum.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, creative, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
