Position Overview


We are seeking a confident, client-focused Aesthetic Sales Counselor to join our Lucknow team. The role involves converting walk-in and online leads into paying clients, counseling them on suitable skin, hair, and body treatments, selling customized treatment packages, and ensuring exceptional after-sales client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Conversion: Handle incoming leads (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and social media) and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and sales.


Client Counseling: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and packages.


Sales Execution: Present and promote Dermapuritys’ services and packages to meet monthly sales targets.


After-Sales Support: Maintain relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat visits and referrals.


Coordination: Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and the clinic manager to deliver seamless client experiences.


Reporting: Maintain daily follow-up reports and contribute to marketing feedback.


0-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (healthcare domain preferred).


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).


Strong persuasive ability, confidence, and customer-centric attitude.


Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
