• Key Responsibilities1. Solar EPC Operations ManagementHandle end-to-end project execution
• Coordinate with:

• Installation teams
• Vendors
• Customers
• Track project timelines
• Ensure site execution quality
• Resolve on-ground issues
• 2. Vendor & Supplier CoordinationManage relationships with:
• 
  
• Panel suppliers
• Inverter suppliers
• Structure vendors
• Track material dispatch
• Ensure timely availability of stock
• 3. Android Platform OperationsManage day-to-day activity of the solar marketplace app
• Coordinate with:
• 
  
• Registered suppliers
• Buyers
• Solar ambassadors
• Ensure platform usage growth
• 4. Solar Ambassador Program HandlingOnboard new ambassadors
• Track their performance
• Support them in closing deals
• Monitor commissions
• 5. Sales & Execution AlignmentCoordinate between:

• Sales leads
• EPC execution
• Platform enquiries
• Ensure no lead is lost
• 6. MIS & ReportingProvide weekly reports on:

• EPC progress
• Leads generated
• Platform growth
• Maintain operational dashboards
• 7. Team CoordinationManage installation teams
• Support accounts & admin team
• Align warehouse & dispatch operations

• 2–5 years experience in operations / project management
