Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview

This position is suited for a dynamic and self-driven graduate interested in sales, client interaction, and business development. The candidate will support the sales team in generating leads, conducting market research, and assisting in client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and initial client outreach
• Conduct field visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Maintain sales records, follow-up logs, and customer interaction reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client requirements
• Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales events
• Work towards achieving assigned targets and contributing to overall sales growth
