About the Role: We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us find new clients, build relationships, and grow our service business. This role is focused on lead generation, client communication, and deal closure for IT services.

If you’re comfortable talking to business owners, understanding their needs, and pitching solutions, this role is for you.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Generate leads for services like website development, software development, SEO, and digital marketing
• Explain company services clearly and confidently to prospects
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers
• Maintain lead data and client communication records
• Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets
• Required Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided)
• Ability to convince and close deals
• Comfortable with phone calls and online communication
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Preferred (Not Mandatory)
• Experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, or B2B sales
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools
• Experience working with startups or service-based companies
