š§© Role Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and persuasive Tele Caller to join our growing team in the construction and infrastructure sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our services, generating quality leads, and supporting the business development team with consistent client outreach.
šÆ Key Responsibilities:
Ā· Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including property owners, real estate investors, developers, and builders.
Ā· Present and promote the companyās construction, interior, architectural, and project management services clearly and convincingly.
Ā· Handle incoming queries regarding new projects, service details, or quotations.
Ā· Maintain and update the CRM database with detailed call notes and lead progress.
Ā· Schedule meetings or site visits for the senior sales team.
Ā· Follow up on leads generated via social media, marketing campaigns, referrals, or company website.
Ā· Collaborate with sales, architecture, and project teams to fulfill client expectations.
Ā· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
ā Candidate Requirements:
Ā· Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Ā· Experience: 1ā5 years in tele calling/customer service (Real Estate or Construction industry experience preferred).
Ā· Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English; local dialect proficiency is a plus.
Ā· Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
Ā· Familiar with construction/real estate terminology.
Ā· Comfortable using CRM software, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools.
Ā· Positive attitude, result-driven, and strong interpersonal skills.
