About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executives/Managers to join our growing team. Your responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall business growth.

Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Plan and execute strategies to meet business growth targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and insights

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, sales, or client management (Freshers can apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking with a strategic mindset
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred)

💼 Salary Range

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

👉 High performers can earn ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month through incentives
