We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tele Calling Team Leader to join our team. As a Tele Calling Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of tele calling representatives, ensuring that they meet or exceed their sales or customer service targets, and providing coaching and development to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management- Lead and manage a team of tele calling representatives, including setting goals, providing feedback, and coaching to improve performance.

2. Sales or Customer Service Targets: Ensure that the team meets or exceeds their sales or customer service targets, including monitoring and analyzing performance metrics.

3. Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development to team members to improve their skills and performance, including conducting training sessions and providing feedback.

4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity, including streamlining workflows and reducing errors.

5. Customer Service: Ensure that the team provides excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.

6. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to senior management, including sales or customer service metrics and performance trends.
