• Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Chinese dishes including Starters, Main Course, Rice & Noodles
• Ensure authentic taste, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
• Manage wok station efficiently during peak hours
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Monitor stock usage and minimize wastage
• Assist in menu planning and new dish development
• Ensure timely preparation and service of orders
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Chinese Chef
• Strong knowledge of sauces, spices, and Chinese cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Team player with good kitchen discipline
• Preferred (Optional)Experience in QSR or high-volume kitchens
• Knowledge of Indo-Chinese & Pan-Asian dishes

Ability to train junior kitchen staff
