Circle Manager Distribution-Government Business-TASC-Government Business-Regional Sales

As a Circle Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective sales strategies and achieving business targets. This role involves building strong relationships with government clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target government clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, understanding their financial requirements.
  • Collaborate with product teams to create tailored financial solutions for government clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and bank policies in all sales activities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new sales team members, ensuring a skilled workforce.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
