We are looking for a Claim Analyst to join our team in Lucknow.

Lucknow (Office Based)

Role Overview

The Claim Analyst will review health insurance claim investigation reports, analyze medical records and documents, and prepare well-structured analytical reports for insurance companies to support fair and transparent claim decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the Field executive on fields and collect the evidences.
• From the evidences prepare a report to present.
• Analyze findings to identify inconsistencies, fraud indicators, and compliance gaps
• Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed assessment reports
• Coordinate with field investigators and internal teams when required
• Ensure timely submission of quality reports as per insurance guidelines

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Graduate in BHMS/ BAMS/ BDS/ B.PT/ B. Pharm/ Nursing / Healthcare / Life Sciences / Healthcare Management preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in Claims / TPA / Investigation / Healthcare domain preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
