Humein ek Client Outreach Coordinator ki zarurat hai jo motivated aur achhi communication skills wala ho. Aapka kaam hoga naye aur existing clients se contact karna, services ko promote karna, meetings schedule karna aur strong client relations banana — jisse business grow ho sake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Phone, email, ya messages ke through clients se contact karke company ki services introduce karna aur interest create karna.
• Clients ke sath regular follow-up karke achha professional relation banana.
• Clients ki needs samajhkar unhe sahi services recommend karna.
• Sales ya business development team ke liye appointments fix karna aur meetings coordinate karna.
• CRM tools ka use karke client database, call logs aur lead records maintain karna.
• Outreach strategies aur marketing campaigns mein support dena.
• Clients ka feedback management team tak pahunchana taaki service improve ho sake.
• Monthly outreach aur engagement targets achieve karne mein team ki madad karna.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Hindi aur English mein strong verbal aur written communication skills.
• Achhi interpersonal aur client-handling skills.
• Multitask aur time manage karne ki ability.
• MS Office aur CRM software ka basic knowledge.
• Telecalling, client servicing ya outreach role ka 1-2 saal ka experience hona chahiye.
