Job Title: Client Care Officer (Tele Calling)

Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

CTC: ₹12,000 to ₹17,000 per month

Qualification: 10th Pass and Above

Age Criteria: 19 to 25 Years

Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused female candidates for the position of Client Care Officer (Tele Calling). The role involves connecting with clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.
• Explain products/services and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM.
• Follow-up with clients for feedback and engagement.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
• Skills Required:Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
• Pleasant and confident phone manner.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
