Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, well-spoken, and presentable Female Candidate to join our laundry service team. You will be the face and voice of our store, acting as the primary bridge between our services and our valued clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a persuasive personality, and is skilled at managing digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Manage all incoming queries via WhatsApp and Phone Calls. Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
• New Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to new leads, explain our unique selling points, and convert inquiries into orders.
• Customer Follow-ups: Maintain a schedule to follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Data Churning & Management: Organize and analyze customer databases to identify inactive clients and re-engage them with personalized outreach.
• Offers & Promotions: Communicate ongoing seasonal offers and loyalty programs to customers to drive sales.
• Store Representation: Maintain a professional and presentable appearance as you may interact with walk-in premium clients.
• Persuasion: Use soft skills to handle customer objections and persuade them regarding the quality and value of our premium laundry/dry-cleaning services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Excellent verbal and written (WhatsApp etiquette) skills are mandatory.
• Personality: Highly confident, persuasive, and empathetic toward customer needs.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, basic Excel/Google Sheets for data management, and handling CRM software (if applicable).
• Education: Graduate with relevant experience in customer service or sales.
• Experience: Previous experience in a retail store, front desk, or tele-calling role is a plus.
