Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with clients in the real estate sector. The role involves handling sales inquiries, nurturing long-term client relationships, coordinating property transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries related to residential/commercial properties
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Coordinate property site visits and follow up with clients
Negotiate deals and assist in closing property transactions
Act as a single point of contact throughout the sales and post-sales process
Maintain accurate client data and sales records in CRM systems
Collaborate with sales, legal, and marketing teams for seamless execution
Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building
Ability to handle multiple clients and meet sales targets
Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
