Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Collect outstanding loan/EMI payments from customers.
- Contact defaulter customers through phone calls and field visits.
- Maintain proper records of payments, follow-ups, and customer status.
- Negotiate and convince customers for timely payment.
- Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection.
- Maintain professional and polite behavior with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
- 🎯 Required Qualification:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience in Finance/Bank/NBFC preferred
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (for field work)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of local area
- 💼 Experience:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience in collection/field work preferred
