Collection Executive / Officer

We are looking for a Collection -Loan Department to join our team at Bisani Brothers Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute the collection process for assigned loan accounts in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
2. Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and field visits to ensure timely repayment of EMIs and overdue amounts.
3. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency reports and take corrective actions to minimize NPAs.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status in the system.
5. Negotiate repayment plans with customers while maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct.
6. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Operations, and Legal) to resolve customer disputes and payment issues.
7. Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company SOPs, and compliance standards during collection activities.
8. Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues, penalties, and loan closure processes.
9. Escalate critical cases (chronic defaults, fraud, or legal cases) to senior management as per escalation matrix.
10. Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to reducing overall portfolio risk.
11. Support legal recovery actions by providing required documentation and follow-up details when necessary.
12. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data at all times.
