ABOUT THE ROLE: Vidyarthi Kendra, a leading educational publisher and distributor, is hiring smart and energetic staff for our upcoming book season. This is a unique opportunity to gain on-ground experience in different cities before settling into an administrative role at our Head Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Phase 1: The Season (First 3-4 Months)

• Locations: You will be posted in Prayagraj, Lucknow, Noida, Delhi, Bangalore, Patna, or West Bengal.
• Primary Task: High-speed billing and invoicing using WinBDS Software.
• Operations: Managing counter sales and coordinating stock during peak season hours.

Phase 2: Post-Season (Varanasi Head Office)

• Return: After the season, you will permanently return to the Varanasi office.
• Analysis: Consolidating sales data from the season.
• Reporting: Creating detailed "Sold vs. Stock" reports and inventory reconciliation.
• Admin: General office administration and data entry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Software: Strong general computer skills (Excel/Billing software) are mandatory.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to relocate for the first 3-4 months.
• Education: Graduates preferred (B.Com /B.Sc /BA). Freshers welcome if quick learners.
