Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven content creator who can take full ownership of our Instagram & YouTube presence — from ideation to posting.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but creates engaging, relatable, and viral-worthy content using just a mobile phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning

• Plan monthly content calendar (Reels + Shorts + Long videos if needed)
• Align content with brand goals (sales + storytelling + engagement)
• Stay updated with trends and adapt them to our brand voice

Content Creation & Shooting

• Shoot content using mobile (Reels, Shorts, BTS, talking videos)
• Suggest and execute creative concepts
• Work closely with founder (you) for founder-led content 

Editing & Execution

• Edit videos using apps like CapCut/InShot/Edits by Instagram/Canva etc.
• Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, trending audio
• Ensure content is fast-paced and engaging in first 3 seconds

Posting & Management

Handle posting on Instagram & YouTube

• Write captions, hashtags, and basic SEO for YouTube
• Maintain consistency in posting 

Content Thinking (Most Important)

• Bring fresh ideas daily
• Create relatable, emotional, or humorous content
• Focus on high engagement + shareable content

Ideal Candidate

• Has experience in Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Understands what goes viral and why
• Comfortable shooting on phone (no heavy setup needed)
• Creative thinker (not just executor)
• Knows basic editing tools
• Bonus: understands fashion / lifestyle / storytelling content

Salary

• Based on experience + performance
