• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present continental dishes with consistency and creativity
• Develop and update menu items in line with café standards
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• RequirementsProven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
