Key Responsibilities:

Continental Chef Duties:

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of continental dishes (e.g., pasta, subway, burger, pizza, hakka noodles, veg fried rice, soups, and desserts).

Ensure proper preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes to meet high-quality standards.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.

Manage stock, inventory, and kitchen equipment efficiently.

Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Innovate and update the menu with new continental recipes based on customer preferences.

Barista Duties:

Brew and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew).

Operate and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment.

Ensure the correct measurement of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients for consistent quality.

Create visually appealing coffee presentations (latte art skills are a plus).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.

Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.

Manage coffee stock, order supplies, and ensure freshness of ingredients.
