Job Description

  • Menu Creation & Development:
  • Develop and plan menus, including daily specials, ensuring a variety of non-vegetarian dishes. 
  • Food Preparation & Cooking:
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of non-vegetarian dishes, including meats and other non-vegetarian ingredients. 
  • Recipe Adherence & Innovation:
  • Follow recipes precisely, while also having the ability to create new and innovative dishes. 
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the highest standards, maintaining consistent quality and flavor. 
  • Presentation & Garnishing:
  • Present dishes in an aesthetically pleasing way, paying attention to garnishing and plating. 
  • Ingredient Management:
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh, of high quality, and stored properly.
