Job Title: Cook / Chef (2+ Years Experience)

Location: AWADHI FARMAISH, JANKIPURAM VISTAR sector-4 LUCKNOW

Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week | Flexible Shifts

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook/Chef with at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in preparing Indian (Awadhi, North Indian) and/or Indo-Chinese cuisine, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing food preparation efficiently during peak hours.

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items as per standard recipes and portion sizes.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and workstation (FSSAI norms).
  • Manage mise en place (prep work) and raw material stock.
  • Coordinate with kitchen helpers and assist in kitchen supervision.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and plating.
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and food safety procedures.
  • Assist with menu planning, daily specials, and trial dishes.
  • Manage time during rush hours and ensure smooth kitchen flow.
  • Reduce wastage and improve cooking processes.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial kitchens or cloud kitchens.
  • Expertise in Awadhi, North Indian, or Indo-Chinese dishes preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety, storage, and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory and portion control.
  • Passion for food, punctuality, and attention to detail.
