Opening for all types of cooks-Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Tandoor and Continental.

Job Responsibility:

Command on Indian curry

Knowledge for Chinese, Continental, Indian, South Indian, Tandoor cuisine

Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours

Maintain accurate food inventories

Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures

Maintain Hygiene Standards at all time.

To assist and monitor food stocks and stock movement.

To understand daily departmental costs and how they influence profit and loss results.

To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.

To learn and record skills and recipes from other members of the department.

To follow the cleaning schedules for the kitchen and clean the section and other areas as directed.
