📍 Locations: Hazratganj | Gomtinagar | Kaiserbagh (Lucknow)

- Job Responsibilities:Guide and counsel students/clients regarding courses, services, or career options
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain proper records of interactions and leads
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process flow
- Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
