Counter Salesman

We are looking for a polite, confident, and responsible Salesman for our Shop at Janpath Market.

The role involves assisting customers, explaining our products and ensuring a smooth and pleasant in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store
• Explain and recommend products based on customer needs
• Handle billing, POS operations, and cash management
• Pack products neatly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store
• Manage stock on shelves and report low inventory
• Support day-to-day retail operations as required

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Good communication skills and a courteous attitude
• Ability to learn about products and guide customers confidently
• Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems (training will be provided)
• Punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented
