Credit Card Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and leads.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Assist customers in completing credit card applications and collect required documents.
• Ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance and documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on application status and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or credit card sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and financial terms.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
