Job Title: Telecaller — Credit Card Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and confident Telecallers to join our Credit Card Sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining product benefits, and driving successful conversions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for credit card sales
• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly
• Maintain call records and daily reporting
• Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity goals
• Provide excellent customer interaction and service standards
• Coordinate with the back-office team as required

Preferred Industry / Experience:

• Banking Sales / Telecalling / Credit Card Calling (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduation (mandatory)
• Age Limit: 19 to 30 years
• Gender: Male / Female
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer & back-office handling skills

Documents Required:

Aadhar Card, PAN Card, 10th & 12th Marksheets, Graduation Certificate

Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month
