Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.

• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order status.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Coordinate with the supply and logistics team for order processing.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Support sales and marketing teams with customer feedback and updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Computer and smartphone proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).

• Calm, polite, and professional attitude with good listening skills.

• Prior customer service or telecalling experience preferred (not mandatory).

• Must have a stable internet connection and quiet workspace at home.
