Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
- Promote the company’s taxation, legal, and business registration services.
- Conduct client meetings or field visits to identify and understand client requirements.
- Ensure timely achievement of monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
- Address client queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain client data and reports accurately in CRM systems.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Relationship Management.
- Basic understanding of taxation, legal, or financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
