Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist, based in Lucknow. The role involves managing customer support interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer retention efforts. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service to promote loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Strong Communication skills to effectively address client concerns and convey resolutions
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to resolve inquiries and deliver high-quality support
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools is an advantage
• Relevant experience in a customer-facing role; background in a similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Salary: 15000-25000 Per Month
