🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Delight Manager (CDM) who will be responsible for managing the complete post-sales process of solar projects — from order confirmation to final installation and handover.

The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and provide regular project updates to customers throughout the entire solar installation journey.

• 🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete post-sales project management
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Permit, Procurement, and Installation teams
• Ensure smooth execution of solar projects within timelines
• Regularly update customers about project progress
• Maintain proper documentation and process tracking
• Monitor installation schedules and ensure timely completion
• Resolve customer concerns during the project lifecycle
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

• 👤 Candidate ProfileExperience: 1–4 years (Solar / EPC / Project Coordination preferred)
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic understanding of solar project workflow (preferred)
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using CRM / Google Sheets / tracking tools
• 🎓 QualificationGraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Technical background is an added advantage
