About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals with 1–2 years of telesales experience. The role involves connecting with farmers and customers over phone calls,providing services, explaining products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products and services.
• Understand customer needs and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain records in CRM and achieve monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or customer sales experience.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
