About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals with 1–2 years of telesales experience. The role involves connecting with farmers and customers over phone calls,providing services, explaining products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain records in CRM and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or customer sales experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
