Job Title: Customer Service Representative (No Sales, No Targets)
Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

We are hiring for a leading general insurance company. This is a non-sales customer service role focused on resolving customer queries and complaints effectively..
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company protocols and service standards
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation
- Age between 18 to 32 years
- Good communication skills in English
- Should be comfortable working in a customer-facing role
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Shift Timing:09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- 1 rotational week off
- Salary:Freshers: Up to ₹13,000 per month
- Experienced candidates: Up to ₹15,000 per month
