Job Title: Customer Service Representative (No Sales, No Targets)

Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company protocols and service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Age between 18 to 32 years
• Good communication skills in English
• Should be comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Shift Timing:09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
• 1 rotational week off
• Salary: Freshers: Up to ₹13,000 per month
• Experienced candidates: Up to ₹15,000 per month
