Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our recharge and digital services business. The candidate will handle customer queries related to mobile recharge, DTH recharge, and other digital payment services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, or email
• Assist customers with mobile, DTH, and utility recharge issues
• Resolve failed recharge and payment-related complaints
• Maintain daily records of customer issues and resolutions
• Coordinate with technical team for unresolved issues
• Provide excellent customer service and quick problem resolution
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of mobile recharge / telecom services
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge
• Ability to handle customer complaints politely
• Experience in recharge / fintech / telecom industry preferred
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience:
0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Depending on experience)
