Customer Support Associate – Voice Process (WFO)
📍 Location: Kolkata
💼 Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office
Role: Domestic inbound & outbound customer calls
Shift:
- Male: Rotational
- Female: Day shift (up to 8 PM)
- 6 days working | 1 rotational off
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass or above
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- English + local language required
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary: 💰 ₹13,000 – ₹15,500 In-hand
