• Job Responsibilities:Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the system or database.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Generate reports and retrieve data as required.
• Assist in documentation and filing tasks.
• Coordinate with the team to resolve data-related errors.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Requirements:Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing proficiency).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Time management and organizational skills.
