Loan Collections Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute collection activities for assigned loan accounts to minimize delinquency and losses.
• Contact borrowers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and account statuses.
• Identify and escalate high-risk accounts or potential fraud cases.
• Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory guidelines in collection practices.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in loan collections or a related customer service role.
